The Layer 8 conference is excited to be partnering with Trace Labs, an organization who uses open source intelligence to locate missing persons. At BSides Portland, the participants successfully located four out of eight targeted missing people!

The conference will be working with Rhode Island State Police to assist in finding missing people. At the start of the conference, the police will give participants a list of names and the conference will use a Capture the Flag format to find information about the location of the people sought.
